How to place the order?

Do I need an account to buy?
No, you can shop as a guest. An account makes it easier to track your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your package hasn't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept online payments (Przelewy24, Blik), credit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery in Poland.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted.
Shipping
What are the delivery options?
Courier, Parcel Lockers (PL) and international shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Poland: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days
Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose and may change.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a tracking link via email once your package has been shipped.
Returns and complaints
Can I refund a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be in undamaged condition, with all tags attached.
